Aluminium Radiator Valves
Our aluminium radiator valves are oil- and vacuum tightened because of their O-Ring-sealing round the clap. The aluminium valves are manufactured in die-casting process and are available in 3 sizes (DN 76 / 80 / 100).
The aluminium casted valves are designed for mounting between flange of the transformer tank and radiator. The valve can be fixed to the transformer-flange with help of 4 special bolts with M 16 or UNC 5/8" thread. The same bolts are used to fix the radiator.

Assembling Aluminium Radiator Valve
The integrated locking device is designed for locking the valve in opened or closed position.
The bolts can be supplied either with M 16 or UNC 5/8 "thread. The valve housing is tested against transformer oil at 200 kPa.
